Dear Da Juana:

I read your horoscopes everyday and for me yours are the most "right on" in terms of your reaching me spiritually.

I have a cat named Dipsey.  He looks just like "Morris" the cat.  A few years ago I did something very wrong to two of my favorite pets.  I left them in an apartment to fend for themselves.  I have just "forgiven" myself for that recently. 

I feel like Dipsey is a reincarnation of my favorite cat whose name was Steely Dan (named after the famed jazz group of the 70's and 80's).  He also was steel gray in color. 

Steely was a very special cat from the very start and I loved him very much.  Every time I thought about what I did to Steely I literally felt a pang in my heart. Although I got Dipsey from a shelter for my daughters, he has never been their cat...he has always been drawn to me. I feel like I am getting a second chance to make up for what I did a few years ago. 

Dipsey loves me very much and always wants to be around me. He is a very affectionate cat and is always licking me (sometimes I think he reincarnated from a dog instead of another cat).  He sleeps with me and from the first day I got him he sleeps with his back legs open all the time.  I have been told that when cats sleep like that they feel very secure and safe. Dipsey let me know right away that he feels very safe and secure in my home. 

He is a source of great joy and happiness in my life.  I had gotten him because I was developing a mice problem in my apartment.  The first day he was here (when I got him he was only six months old) he caught a baby mouse.  There have been no mice since then.  Thank you for allowing me to share my little story.
